Line charts are created by setting type to line. By default, lines come with a dark transparent fill, covering the area between the line and x-axis. I think these fills tend to obfuscate other lines, so I’ve removed them on every dataset in this example ( fill: false ).
You can mix several charts and overlay them on top of each other. This is done by setting type to bar ( not to . mixed or line —it has to be bar ), and then setting the bar type for every dataset object in your datasets array.

These are the customisation options specific to Pie & Doughnut charts. These options are merged with the global chart configuration options, and form the options of the chart.

When &apos center&apos is set, the borders of arcs next to each other will overlap. When &apos inner&apos is set, it is guaranteed that all borders will not overlap.

type is still set to bar , but as soon as you pass more than one object to datasets , will create a new group of bars for every object. Setting the color for that group of bars is then done by passing a color to backgroundColor.

I have a rectangular container and the donut seems to always be positioned on the left side of the DIV. Is there anyway I can have the donut positioned in the center?
If you’re new to and want to get a better overview of the library, I recommend reading my earlier post: Data visualization with : An introduction.
Since a legend (see: http:///docs/latest/configuration/ ) magnifies the chart height, the value for height should be obtained by the radius.
The doughnut/pie chart allows a number of properties to be specified for each dataset. These are used to set display properties for a specific dataset. For example, the colours of the dataset&apos s arcs are generally set this way.
This is a list of 65 working graphs (bar chart, pie chart, line chart, etc.) with colors and data set up to render decent looking charts that you can copy and paste into your own projects, and quickly get going with customizing and fine-tuning to make them fit your style and purpose.
The following code results in an error (Android slice of the chart moves (animated) to the left). Using Chrome on Android. Changing startAngle solves the problem.
Text color seems a bit hit and miss depending on what order things run in etc so I ran into an issue when resizing that the text would change color (between black and the primary color in one case, and secondary color and white in another) so I "save" whatever the existing fill style was, draw the text (in the color of the primary data) then restore the old fill style. (Preserving the old fill style doesn't seem needed but you never know.)
They are also registered under two aliases in the Chart core. Other than their different default value, and different alias, they are exactly the same.
I tried to create JSON format as below line 89,89 of my own from PHP & mysql database. Everything is wright when debug but my graph isn 8767 t coming up. Neither error message. Please help.
I hope you’ll be able to kick-start your process and quickly get started with these template graphs. is highly customizable, so if you want to change the design of the graphs I recommend digging into the official documentation to explore all the parameters that you can tweak.
Pie and doughnut charts are effectively the same class in , but have one different default value - their cutoutPercentage. This equates what percentage of the inner should be cut out. This defaults to 5 for pie charts, and 55 for doughnuts.
Could it have label (text or number) in the center of doughnut? I try to find it in document but can not see it. Please give me suggestion. Thank you :)
