Hi, good day.. I m rooban, I been have withdrwal issue for past 8 weeks..its state withdrwal withold. I have clarified with my account manager.. The ask me to wait..and it 8767 s under investigation. MY SITUATION
Guys my situation is as followed, i made a withdrawal a couple days ago (more than 8 working days) by using my e-wallet. I have asked many times to the customer service what is going on, why is it taking so long. Each employee gives a different answer/arguments:

i saw a video on youtube which was posted by a guy named that video u guys asked him about his strategy and also u hold this withdraw and later u blocked his account can u please explain why u did that??

Please mind that under no circumstances we can block an account without any substantial reasons to that. That is simply illegal and therefore out of our practice. We do not block account based on their Profitability, this is illegal as well and can be traced.
We can block the account in case we detect fraudulent activity on the account, also if we don 8767 t receive all the required documents for verification or if one has used the third party 8767 s details.
